Joe Anish

Joe Anish has proudly called McMinnville home for over 35 years. A graduate of East Tennessee State University with a Bachelor of Science in Public Relations and Speech Communication, Joe brings a strong foundation in communication, negotiation, and client service to every transaction.

Raised in the construction industry, Joe developed early expertise in building, remodeling, and commercial development while working alongside his father, a residential and commercial builder. His professional background includes outside sales in the building supply industry and business ownership, including partnering in a local franchise of Kenny Rogers Roasters. He later owned and operated seven car wash locations and managed multiple commercial properties across Middle Tennessee.

With decades of experience in investment properties, commercial leasing, property management, and residential sales, Joe offers clients valuable insight and hands-on knowledge. His strong work ethic, entrepreneurial background, and deep roots in the community make him a trusted resource for buyers, sellers, and investors alike.
