Brandon Wingate is the Founder and Managing Broker of The Wingate Group, LLC, a McMinnville-based real estate firm. He is a licensed real estate broker, licensed contractor, and active commercial real estate investor with extensive experience in development and property repositioning.

 

After more than 20 years in the medical field, Brandon and his wife, McMinnville native Elke York, chose to relocate from Murfreesboro eight years ago and invest fully in Warren County. Since that time, he has built a substantial commercial portfolio and expanded into brokerage leadership and construction.

 

Brandon owns multiple commercial investments locally, including properties housing Spectrum, Pioneer Lanes Bowling Alley, Pioneer Nutrition, Main Street Nutrition, Salon Suites, Paula’s Dance Studio, Cookies by Brax, and Clayton Homes. He currently leases to more than 50 businesses across his portfolio.

 

With expertise in remodeling commercial buildings, repositioning multifamily properties, building new homes, and completing residential renovations, Brandon brings strategic, real-world experience to every client he serves.
